Olivia Ostermiller
MA
Olivia creates a space for honest conversation, deeper understanding, and practical progress.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that aren’t working, or not quite like yourself, she works with you to slow things down, understand what’s driving those experiences, and figure out what actually helps.
Olivia works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and trauma. Her experience spans school-based therapy, outpatient care, and crisis settings, giving her a well-rounded perspective in supporting clients through a wide range of challenges.
She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Olivia has completed all requirements for LPC licensure in Illinois.
Her approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. She also draws from relational and attachment-based perspectives, helping clients better understand patterns in their relationships and how those patterns can evolve over time. Sessions may focus on building coping strategies, improving communication, or working through deeper emotional experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
Olivia’s style is steady, thoughtful, and client-centered. She focuses on creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to make meaningful, lasting changes.
