Anna strives to build a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients to address their diverse needs. She believes in collaborating with her clients to develop innovative techniques as they navigate daily challenges. Her approach focuses on joining individuals where they are on this part of their journey and encourages them to become active participants in their healing process. Anna works with individuals of all ages, couples, and families who encounter a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, behavioral issues, eating disorders, attention concerns, and general life stressors. She provides a specialized Family-Based Treatment for Eating Disorders and is a Level 2 trained Gottman Certified Therapist for couple’s counseling.

Anna offers services in English and Spanish.

Anna completed her undergraduate degree from Augustana College in Psychology, Spanish, and Latin American Studies, and her graduate degree from Northern Illinois University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is licensed in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and certified as a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
